my cousin, many years ago, glitched my yellow version(yes for pokemon i actually found it today and felt like playing it) so it restarts every time you turn it off. is it possible to unglitch it without a gameshark?

turn it on, save the game and then when ot says "not to turn of power remove the game from the slot and put it back in wait 20second and then turn it off. it should work after that...........................................................................................................................................

ITS NOT GLITCHED. every cartridge game from nes-n64/GB-GBA all have 2 things that keep your save files. a watch size battery and a small chip for RAM.
the RAM chip is where your saved data is stored and the battery is what gives the ram chip its power. once the battery dies then you are no longer able to save. (look in side see through gb/gbc/gba games) you can see the battery.
(can you fix this) you. no. But you can call up Nintendo and ask for the neariest repair station to you. and you can have them put in a new one. but 9-10 times they will just try and make you buy a new version of that game
