Is it possible to transfer music from your iPod to another computer?

Alright so; My Macbook crashed (Bummer) and it erased all of my itunes music. I have all of that music on my iPod Touch and I was wondering if it was possible to transfer that music from the iPod Touch to another computer's iTunes library?

If so; how is it done?

you may try some iPod Transfer for Mac

i found a step by step guide on how to transfer music from ipod to pc
you may refer to it at How to copy music from iPod to PC

the software in this guide is only available with PC (Windows)

so if your computer is Mac, just download the mac version at Copy music and movie from iPod to Mac - Bigasoft iPod Transfer for Mac
