Is it possible to transfer bookmarks from google chrome from one windows account to another windows account?

I recently made a new windows user account and downloaded chrome on the new account, and I want to know if there's a way to transfer all of my bookmarks to the new user account I made to the google chrome I just downloaded! Please help! is this possible?
