Is it possible to test positive for pregnancy and get your period the next day?

I tested negative the day before, and positive the next.
I'm not even sure it's my period. I went to the bathroom and saw a little bit of blood when I wiped. This is my first time, so as far as knowing what things should look like or what should happen, I'm clueless

Couldn't this just be implantation bleeding, which is common?

u r probably spotting ..its commo during n to spot during pergnancy ...better check with doctor soon
