My roommate and I added somebody on the lease 4 months ago and it is not working out. She has no respect for other people's space, never clean up after herself in the common areas. Plus she broke a couple of things and never even apologized or offer to replace them. We all agreed (including her) that it was not working out and she contacted the realty company to get off the lease early even though it was only an oral agreement we searched and found somebody to replace her and now she decided it was ok for her to stay. Is there anything we can do?
