Is it possible to sustain isolated damage to the Inferior Branch of the Oculomotor

Nerve (Cranial Nerve 3)? Also, as this would inhibit action of:

Medial rectus - Abduction
Inferior rectus - Depression
Inferior oblique rectus - Abduction, Elevation

Would the symptoms simply be that the eye is paralyzed into a central position?
