Is it possible to save pictures from messages on a Sanyo Incognito?

I have the Incognito, I've had it 2 days so far. I got a picture message, and as hard as I tried I couldn't figure out how to save the picture.

Also i emailed myself a wallpaper and couldn't save it anywhere either...

I have Boost Mobile if that helps.
