Is it possible to run an iPhone 3GS on 2 Networks?

So i have a 16 GB iPhone 3GS jailbroken at 3.1.2 and blacksn0w'd

i am on AT&T and i know that the iPhone has CDMA capabulities as well as GSM.

would it be possible to run AT&T alongside a CDMA network such as Verizon?
