Is it possible to replace my verizon wireless phone because its broken?

if you have insurance, then you just go 2 the verizon wireless store and they will give u a new one 4 50 bucks.

i have the same phone and i have insurance. my phone just came in today and i got it for free...but i think i can get a different phone for $35 or so and ill probably do that (dont really like the voyager) but if you dont have insurance im not sure if its free or not...i would assume that you would have to buy a new one full price

I have the voyager in titanium and it broke. i dont know how to explain it but its damaged lol. it still works but i want to replace it. would it be free? or would i have to pay $150 (the original price)?
