is it possible to play multiple people for the gm mode.?

my cousins and i like to play games where we are able to fantasy draft and proceed to do all the things needed to run the team.

in gm mode it appears that you can only have one user controlled team. if u play season mode you can have as many user teams as you like but its only for that one season.

any suggestions greatly appreciated. thx
