I had very light cramping near my right ovary on January 10th for about 10 minutes and my period ended on January 5th. I have a very regular 28-30 day cycle so I should ovulate around the 15th. I don't understand why I would be ovulating so early. Could the cramping have been something else?
Is it possible to ovulate early even on a regular cycle?
