Is it possible to make your facebook status say someones name..?

Like can you add a code or something in your status so that who ever looks at it, it says their name. For example you could write "{code} is a cool dude"
And then Bob Bob looks at it and it says "Bob Bob is a cool dude"
and if Sally Sue looks at it it says "Sally Sue is a cool dude"
Get it? Is that possible?
