Is it possible to make an automatic 1960-70's dodge charger manual?

Yes, you certainly can. You`d have to buy the pedal set up from the junkyard, get a shifter, clutch assembly etc. Cost probably in the vicinity of 2g?

they built a lot of 4 speed chargers ,just as they built 4 speeds in many other performance cars back then,its possible if you can find the parts to do it with,i used to have a 68 charger r/t with 4 speed in it,and it wont cost you an arm and a leg to do it either ,there's guys around with the right parts to do that one with,it should cost you around 800-1000 buck tops,good luck.

I am just thinking for a future reference, but when I get older, I want to buy and fix completely a classic dodge charger. My only problem is that most of the dodge chargers i am finding are all automatic transmissions. Honestly, i get extremely bored driving automatics and i enjoy driving manual transmissions sooo much. If i don't find a manual dodge charger, how much would it cost to change it from an automatic to a manual transmission?
