Is it possible to make a parent domain as a child domain of an another forest.?

Hi all,

I have two independent domain server, now i am planing to integrate both domain server and give access to the user to login from any system in both network.

is it possible i had googled But i cant get clear answer.

Pls provide with step by step procedure if it is possible.
