is it possible to lose weight without exercise?

I would like to lose a little bit of weight but I just dont have the time to exercise. I have so much going on right now when I do get time off I spend it sleeping to wake up for the next task at hand. I was thinking maybe eating healthier would help me shed some pounds. I figured I could stop drinking even though a rarely drink and maybe eat healthier, Does anyone have advice?

To lose weight you need to follow healthy diet with a 30 minute exercise every day. The results show after 6 months.
Exercise is a part of weight loss as you have to burn calories.
Go ahead and make time for exercise.
 
eating healthy is the most important thing about loosing weight exercise wont do it alone but if you're eating healthy you should try to do a little bit of exercise
 
Yes- Watch what you eat- don't eat foods with large amounts of carbohydrates- my mom hardly ate any carbs for like a couple months and she lost of 30 pounds- no joke.
