i really want to lose 10-15 pounds and i know that a healthy diet and exercise is the way to do it. i used to eat really unhealthy food, but over the past couple weeks i've changed that and i eat pretty healthy now (i do have that bowl of ice cream every once in a while though lol). the problem is, i have plantar fasciitis in both of my feet and severe tendonitis in both of my ankles so running is extremely painful for me. however, i LOVE bike riding. i used to bike 25 miles every other day wiht my dad, but when i moved away to college 5 years ago, i stopped. so, is it possible to lose weight bike riding and what kind of bike riding should i do?? thanks!!!
