Is it possible to keep gold fish in wine bottles for an event lasting 10 hours?

We are looking for creative ideas for an event and having wine bottle centerpieces with a piece of vine or flower and goldfish inside has come up. Is this possible? Will the goldfish live 10 hours in a wine bottle? Afterwards the fish would be placed in an outside pond for the hostess to keep. Please advise.
