I found an old Packard-Bell desktop computer that's in mint condition. The only thing is that it has no operating system. Since I have an installation disc for Windows XP, I figured I could install XP using the disc. But I'm afraid the computer hardware will not be able to recognize or understand the OS disc since XP was created later than the desktop computer. Is there something i can do?
Is it possible to install Windows XP on an old Packard Bell computer? If so, how?
