OK this is really weird...
A few months ago I noticed this spot on my scrotum...almost looked like a large blackhead or something and I didn't pay a lot of attention to it. It was about the size of the head of a straight pin, to give a size comparison.
Anyway, last night I was looking at it (I actually noticed there were two, but the second one was smaller) and trying to figure out what it was. It was a brownish color, just looking at it it almost looked like a blood blister, but I noticed that when I squeezed around it, it would disappear below the surface of the skin, then pop back up when I released pressure.
So, against my better judgment, I poked it with a needle. It bled a lot and the blood was pulsing out with my heartbeat
which makes me think it's actually a blood vessel that is somehow poking out. I kept some pressure on it to stop bleeding and it's fine now, but how the hell does something like this happen?
