I went to the ER last night cause I was having tingling/nurab sensations in my arm. And I know that panic attacks cause tingling sensations because I've had them for a long time, but in this case I'd get the tingling sensation first and then start to panic. I thought something was really wrong.
Well the doctor there just gave me a list of local doctors (because I don't have one) and a prescription of Lorazepam for 10 days to hold me over incase I feel anxious. My anxiety usually happens at night and I'm pretty sure it will happen tonight, but I'm so scared to take the pill even though I'm sure it's help. I guess I'm just scared of an opposite reaction. My anxiety only happens when my body feels weird, which is why I think it will badly effect, but most people say it will do the exact opposite, it definitely wont make me worry.
Is this true? Is it possible to have an even worse panic attack from taking Lorazepam? They're 1 mg
