Me and my fiance are planning to get married this October.. and he is in Korea he is planning to come here in Philippines this October for our wedding and will stay for three weeks.. and in that three weeks we will process some of our requirements such as Certificate of No marriage which will be released in five days and legal capacity.. i heard that the marriage license will be released in ten days.. is it okay if we will process our civil wedding even if the marriage license is not released yet?
