HometownBuffet restaurant isn't that healthy? Is the Hometown buffet healthy , my dad says it's not bad for you and his blood pressure has gone way up after making it a habit of eating there. They on't list their ingredients do they, where can you find their ingredients because my friends are saying that, the Homewotown buffet puts preservatives and msg in their food ?
