Is it possible to get into a good college with a g.p.a of 3.1?

My freshman year of high school i had a 3.5 but my sophomore I was going through a lot of issues and had a low g.p.a. I already finished my first semester of my junior year and I got 3 A's 1 B and 2 C's. I also take honors/advanced placement classes. The college I want to go to has students entering with an average g.p.a of 3.5. Is it possible for me to get my g.p.a high enough for me to even be considered? I was hoping to go straight to a university after right after high school
