Is it possible to get a website off of a flash drive?

I have a flash drive from Bank of America but every time I use it it brings up the Bank of America website. Is there any way for me to get it to stop bringing up the Bank of America website?
I deleted the hidden files and folders but the Bank of America website is still coming up.
