I have an old BMX bicycle. It's frame/forks/handlebars are originally chrome, though they're covered in rust spots in some areas and half torn off decals with sticker residue covering parts of the chrome. If I take this into a chrome plating shop, will they be able to remove the old layer of chrome and decals and what not, and put a new coat of chrome on?
Is it possible to get a new coat of "chrome" on this particular bicycle?
