I have dual citizenship and travel from San Diego, CA to Tijuana, Mexico. I currently have Cricket as my cell phone carrier and don't get any coverage where I stay, in Tijuana. I have a Boost phone that at least receives text messages. I've heard that AT&T has the best coverage down there, is this true? And if so, can I flash a Boost phone to AT&T? I can't afford to buy another phone.
