Is it possible to fit the 12.5-80-15.3 size tire on AG13 rim?

Hi,
I have sugarcane harvester (CASE iH 8000s') and I want to replace the origenal tyre (size- 400/60-15.5)
Now I want to fit on the same rim (AG13) the another tire (size 12.5/80-15.3).
Is it possible to fit the 12.5-80-15.3 size tyre on AG13 rim? what is the tyre bead?
