is it possible to find out about any covenants applying to land left in a UK will?

Hi, I am trying to find out if it is possible to find out if restrictions and or covenants were left on a large piece of land next door to me. So in other words can I see the will or any specific covenants left in the deeds to the land left by the deceased previous owners? Where do I start ? thanks
