show cause? My son's father stated that he wanted to go back to court to have child support re-figured. I filed the paperwork and in his responsive declaration he made several misleading and untrue statements that reflect negatively on me. Is there any way for me to counter-respond to this to get the correct facts filed before our court date? I do have documentation to back up my statements and can be filed with my response.
