Is it possible to enlarge breasts using pre exsisting fat?

My girlfriend wants to have a breast enlargement but I am curious. Since the breasts are over 90% fat. Is it possible to simply move fat from one part of the body into the breasts? If not, why the heck not?

yes. it can be done surgically. this depends on what a board certified plastic surgeon would decide.
