calories than calories eaten? Is it possible to eat a diet consisting ONLY of foods high in sugar, starch, carbohydrates, and glycemic index and still lose BODY FAT by keeping the calories less than the amount burned?

For example, if all someone ate was potatoes, white rice, white bread, and candy all day but kept the calories under the amount of calories that person burned, is it possible to lose weight. This is assuming the person still lives a sedentary lifestyle.
