I bought a brand new iPhone 4 with 4.3.5 on it without realizing that it can't be jailbroken untethered. I don't like the idea of having to run a program to start up the iPhone any time it gets shut off, so I was wondering if it is possible to get an older operating system onto the phone instead and then jailbreak it?
