Is it possible to do two university degree's at the same time in NSW, Australia?

I'm about to go into my second year of a Bachelor of Science at Sydney University. I was wondering if it were possible for me to apply for a part time degree at a different university next year, once im completing my final year of science?

I don't feel i need to go into the details, but i was wondering if this were possible via UAC and if it was allowed?
