I'm trying to do the "sparkle" effect where pretty much there is a random animation with a black background that disappears when you set it to "overlay" like these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vEMb-_HyoI...It seems pretty simple enough but I can't figure it out on Premiere or After Effects (I'm new to Adobe).
