My dad is eligible for an upgrade but I'm not. I know I can use his upgrade and put my sim in the phone and use it as my own. First I have to get a data plan (there is no choice) Can I get the phone through amazon wireless, including the data plan, then go to an at&t store and transfer the data plan and phone to my account, and we are on a family plan by the way.
Is it possible to do a swap upgrade on at&t but buy the phone from amazon wireless?
