Is it possible to do a group voice chat on the DS?

Like on Pokemon D/P/Pt..is it possible to do a voice chat with more than one person so you can all talk together? If so, how do you do that~?
 
Yeah you can if you have friends, and you and your friends can do a two on two battle!:)
