Is it possible to color/paint metal cribbage pegs?

I am trying to buy metal cribbage pegs as a gift. I'd like to buy some metal pegs and find a way to color or paint them light blue.

How would this be done for best results and is there a professional who could do this. Maybe a screen printer?

A can of spray paint should take care of it. Buy a can that is rated for metal. Another idea would be to use nail polish, but that would probably chip off.
