Is it possible to change a circuit breaker in Cadillac?

I have a Cadillac DTS 04 and my door panel functions go in and out. They all work but it's like a shortage the passenger side works fine. i know i have a Fuse box and a Circuit breaker and it shows in the manual that the Circuit breaker controls the power windows which is the function that really gets stuck more than anything. Can i change it like a fuse or should i just go to the dealership??
 
Because it's intermittent, I doubt it's a breaker. Most likely a bad contact or corroded wire at the terminal. Best and quickest is a dealer check, shouldn't be too expensive. good luck
