i reeeeeally want to buy the 2b alternative skirt ready but i dont want to spend the money for shipping and stuff, also want to pay in cash

so i was wondering if they have any like asian stores that sell them in perth?
coz like on ebay u know how they have the shipping location thingo? it says theyre shipped from australia so i figured maybe they sell them here too?
