Is it possible to "build and price" a Ford then get the X-plan price?

I've researched and figured out what the X-plan is and I have a friend who could probably get it for me, but is it possible to use the "build and price" option on the Ford website then get the X-plan price, or is it only applicable on dealer lot cars?
