I know its possible online by earning the credits through commendations, but I want to know if its possible with an offline account, as in there is absolutely no connection to XBL whatsoever, not just being disconnected.
My friend has an account I made him for offline games when we play, and hes stuck on warrant officer now, and its incredibly slow. He wants to get off of that rank ASAP.
