My friend might be attending school in Scotland, but he wants to play college basketball. He is unbelievably good, and a career in basketball for him is definite if brought to the right people. Can the recruitment process happen overseas. Is it possible for the likes of Stanford to recruit him if he informs them that he's interested in playing for them?
