Is it possible to add some kind of HTML image to your Facebook profile?

No, I don't believe you can. You can get an app so you see FaceBook as you want it but everyone else will see the same old blue layout. It's done this way on purpose after what happened on MySpace.

Facebook control this kind of thing very strictly as you could potentially do anything you want with your profile page thus making it 'not facebook'. However, if you have a facebook business page there is a selection of profile apps available that allow some limited html integration. You would need to wade through the facebook help files & possibly the facebook developers site to figure it out. Both are available via links at the bottom of any facebook page.
