Is it possible...JavaScript to HTML?

Hey all, I'm trying to put a JavaScript horizontal slide bar in my website. I'm having trouble loading it in the GoDaddy/website tonight templates. So I was wondering... if I have the the slide bar working correctly in the preview box, is there a way to convert the slide bar into HTML?

I created it in:
JavaScript Horizontal Image Slider Ex

Any advice would help, I'm ready to hire someone at this point.....
