...my 32K service from their record? I bought my Mazda3 Sport in 2005 from Vancouver dealership and they gave me a bonus of FREE TIRES when my first set of tires worn out IF I TAKE ALL MY SERVICES TO THAT SPECIFIC DEALERSHIP. I moved to Alberta few months ago and i accidentally took my Mazda for it's 32K service in one of Mazda's dealership. I am sure that my bonus has been void by now.
But do you think that if i ask the service department of the Mazda dealership to delete my 32K service, will they do it? Should i offer them money? How much?
