Ok so I have a first generation iPod touch and i recently got a new iPod touch. Is there a way for Apple to copy everything like my songs and apps and stuff from my old ipod and put it on my new iPod? Or do I have to re-buy everything? My brother said they might be able to if you take it to the Apple store. Is this true? Is there a way without being illegal?
