I got an iPod touch for my birthday in December 2009. My first iPod touch was fine until some of the letters stopped working, so I went to the genius bar and got a new one around February. Now this iPod touch is not working, it keeps freezing at the most random times and takes forever to turn on. Will Apple give me a new one even though I signed this paper or am I screwed?
