Is it possbile to use internet on my mobile via bluetooth to my comp?

I have a palm centro but i want to know if its possible with a bluetooth connect use my comps internet on my phone with out a phone bill :)
 
Yes, but they will charge you and it will be horribly expensive unless you have a data plan.
