Is it 'politically correct' to discuss crime during an election year?

The African-American crime epidemic should be the #1 issue, but no one is willing to talk about it (too much white guilt, or people are afraid of a race war if the statistics get out). As much as I dislike Jesse Jackson, he is the only one to address the subject. I give him credit for that. He said himself that he would rather turn around on a dark street and see a couple of white guys than black ones!
Look at these shocking statistics!

I see that some you think that it is a bigger crime to walk away with some cash than it is to spray the neighborhood with bullets?

Yes, I believe crime is a major problem in the US. This should be discussed not only during an election year, but every day!

God Bless America!
