Is it okay to tell my doctor that I drink underage?

So I have to go to the doctor tomorrow and I had to fill out a few forms. One of the forms asked me if I drink alcohol. I'm not a huge drinker but I am in college so I do like going to parties. Since I'm 18, could my doctor get me in trouble for drinking underage? Or not because I obviously wouldn't be intoxicated in his office? I just want to make sure; I'm paranoid lol
